COMMON FAMILY REQUESTS

CHILD SEAT PRICING
One requested child seat is included with the confirmed private reservation. Each additional requested child seat is $10.
Child-seat charges are separate from route fares, van surcharges, additional vehicles, extra passengers, extra luggage, pets, stops or other applicable trip additions.
VEHICLE SPACE
A child seat occupies one passenger position. Strollers and travel gear also use luggage space.
Adults, children and infants all count toward the vehicle’s total passenger capacity.
A van may be appropriate for additional adults, children, seats, strollers or luggage. A van surcharge may apply.
BRINGING YOUR OWN CHILD SEAT
Families may prefer to bring a familiar child seat that is already fitted to the child and whose history, instructions and limits they know. Report the seat during booking because it may count as luggage when it is not installed.
The parent or caregiver remains responsible for checking the restraint, reviewing manufacturer instructions and confirming the child is secured appropriately before the vehicle moves.
BUF AIRPORT FAMILY PICKUP
After landing, collect all checked luggage, strollers and child-travel equipment before contacting the driver. The regular curbside meeting area is on the arrivals level near Pole 13.
Keep children supervised and away from active traffic lanes. Proceed to the curb only when the family and luggage are ready for loading.
FAMILY TAXI TO CANADA
Families can reserve private transportation from Buffalo Airport to Niagara Falls, Fort Erie, Niagara-on-the-Lake, St. Catharines, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, Brampton, Toronto and other confirmed Ontario destinations.
Ontario advises caregivers to follow the child-seat manufacturer’s weight and height limits and to use the vehicle and restraint manuals for installation and use. Every passenger must also meet the applicable Canadian entry requirements.
